1. Interpretation and Definitions

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

1.2 Definitions

• Application means the mobile application titled "Calzo AI", including all updates and features.
• Company, We, Us, or Our refers to Calzo AI.
• Device means any device capable of accessing the Service.
• Service means the Application and any related features, content, and AI-powered functionality.
• User Content means any images, photos, text, or other content you upload or submit through the Service.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

2. Agreement to Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to them.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Calzo AI.
• If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be responsible for your use.

4. Health, Nutrition, and Safety Disclaimer

• Calzo AI does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional health advice.
• All calorie estimates and nutrition information are automated approximations.
• Results may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• You should consult qualified healthcare or nutrition professionals before making dietary or health decisions.
• We are not responsible for outcomes based on information provided by the Service.

5. User Content and License

• By submitting User Content, you represent that you own or have the legal right to submit it.
• You grant Calzo AI a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and analyze User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, including AI-based analysis.
• You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, explicit, or harmful content
• Upload images of individuals without lawful consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service
• Circumvent security features or access unauthorized systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. User-Generated Content and Community Safety

Calzo AI allows users to create, upload, and share content, including images, text, and other materials ("User-Generated Content") within community features of the app.

Users must not post, upload, share, or distribute any content that is abusive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, misleading, harassing, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. Calzo AI maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Users may report content or users that violate these terms using the in-app reporting tools. Reported content will be immediately hidden from the reporting user's feed and reviewed by Calzo AI. Calzo AI reserves the right to remove any content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Users may also block other users within the app. Blocking a user will prevent further interaction and visibility between the users.

By using Calzo AI, users acknowledge that Calzo AI is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content to ensure community safety and compliance with these terms.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and In-App Purchases

• Some features of Calzo AI may require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscription terms, renewals, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may include integrations or links to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding User Content) belong to Calzo AI or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.

13. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calzo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is lower.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
